  • Free standard shipping on all orders above $50.

  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied at checkout.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package through our website or the courier’s website.

Delays

  • Please note that unforeseen events such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand may cause slight delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days, please contact our support team at support@ailejewelry.com and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
    We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
